The interior opens onto a bright, air-conditioned living room, designed to offer a relaxing and functional atmosphere. Here, the fully equipped kitchenette allows you to comfortably prepare any meal, from a quick breakfast to a dinner with friends, while a comfortable double sofa bed offers additional places to rest, keeping the livability of the spaces intact. The double bedroom, simple and with attention to detail, offers an intimate and quiet refuge, ideal for regenerating after a day spent at the beach or in the beauty of Salento. The modern and complete bathroom is equipped with a practical shower box and guarantees maximum comfort at any time of the day.
Outside, the apartment surprises with a large veranda shaded by an elegant wooden porch, furnished with sofas and a small table, perfect for enjoying outdoor coffee, reading a book or spending evenings in total relaxation.
Designed to offer every comfort, the apartment has mosquito nets on all doors and windows, to enjoy the summer breeze without discomfort, a barbecue for outdoor grilling, washing machine, coffee machine and a comfortable free indoor parking space, so you never have to worry about parking.

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
