Exceptional villa with garden a few steps from the white beach of the bay of Torre Lapillo in Salento. Villa Fenix, completely renovated, is composed of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, free wifi internet, parking space. Ideal for a holiday on the sea of Puglia.
The accommodation has a furnished garden where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements: bedroom 01 (double bed + ottoman bed), bedroom 02 (two single beds)
Bathroom composition: bathroom 01 (toilet, bidet, shower cubicle), bathroom 02 (toilet, bidet, shower cubicle),
Air conditioning: the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms
Parking space: the accommodation has a free parking space included
Water supply: the accommodation is connected to the public water network
The property is developed on the ground floor (not built above).

We know our area well and we can help you in any aspect of your holiday. Shortly before arrival, we will speak by telephone to organize check-in better.
During the holiday: one of our operators will be available for all your needs. In addition, you can come to know us and ask for information directly at our office.
- Bed linen and towels: bed linen and towels are not included, the cost is € 10 per person per week (towels and sheets).
- Check-in: we are available for check-in until 20:00; from 20:00 to 24. 00 you will be charged an extra cost of € 20.00; from 24:00 onwards you will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in, the lease agreement relating to your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entering the property: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain subjects are exempted from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the day of their 16th birthday; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.
