PROPERTY RULES:

1. Must be 25 years or older to book this property. No 3rd party bookings
2. Maximum guest count is 26 registered guests. If extra guests are requested, additional fees will apply.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
4. No animals or pets are allowed. If any signs are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $400 per day, plus cost of cleaning and/or damages.
5. Please refrain from smoking on the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $400 per day plus the cost of cleaning and/or damages.
6. No parties, weddings, receptions, videography or photography events.
7. This home has exterior security cameras placed at all entrances, garage, patios, and front and back of the house. They record 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
8. A Rental Agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking. Guest needs to agree with and acknowledge our rental terms and conditions. Failure to sign the rental agreement will result in not receiving check in instructions.
9. A security deposit of $1,000 must be scheduled within 48 hours of booking. No check-in instructions will be provided if deposit is not made.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and property.
