About this chalet rental
EVL Big Chalet nestled in the pines on a secluded 3.5 acres and only 1 mile to village. Indoor hot tub!!! Our 4,000 sq/ft chalet has plenty of room and is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or up to 12 couples. 3 King only bedrooms providing the privacy of your own room. 25 guests maximum with 12 couples or 16 individuals max please and 25 years old min renter age required. Beds: 3 King, 9 Full, and 3 Twin.
Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only an hour way if needed.
We are nestled in the woods and only 1 miles from Ellicottville village. We are about a 1/4 mile from Holimont. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.
Guests are the only people on the entire property.
The entire place and 3.5 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, latte/cappuccino machine, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, ping pong, dart board, poker table & set, and four TVs.

Place was beautiful, great location, and great hosts! This was the most thoughtfully stocked place. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, game room, and even outside had everything you could need.

We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. Every detail was thought of, which made the stay so easy and stress-free.The back deck was an essential hangout spot, and the huge couch made it so easy for a big group to spread out and relax together. We had multiple spaces to gather, so no one ever felt cramped.I had those typical pre-arrival worries—are the beds going to be comfy? Will the sheets be scratchy? But nope—everything was amazing. High-quality linens, super cozy beds, and a peaceful night’s sleep for all.The ping pong table was a total hit, and we loved that there were board games and yard games already there—no need to pack your own!If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a group getaway, look no further. This chalet is a total gem. We can’t wait to come back!

The chalet was very clean and very large! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need. Napkins, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags etc. The bathrooms were also well stocked, more than enough towels, soap, lotion and shampoo too. Would highly recommend!
