The Space:
A functional 39.82 m² apartment, perfect for a family with children or a group of up to 4 people. Upon entering, attention is drawn to the spacious living room connected to a kitchenette. The lounge area features a comfortable fold-out corner sofa that transforms into a cosy bed for two at night. Evenings are enhanced by a 55-inch Smart TV with access to streaming platforms. The kitchenette is designed for everyday convenience and is equipped with a modern induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher — ideal for those who enjoy cooking. A microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker are also provided for a pleasant start to the day. Meals can be shared at the comfortable dining table. The cosy bedroom offers a large double bed, ensuring a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays. A hair dryer is available in the drawer beneath the washbasin. From the living room, there is access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening air. For additional convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

An additional playground is located in the building’s patio, right by the staircase entrance. Just 50 meters from the building, there is also a basketball court, making this location even more attractive for families. Public transportation in this part of the city is very well developed. In close proximity, there are both bus and tram stops, providing convenient and quick access to various parts of Gdańsk and the entire Tricity area. The nearest bus stop is only a one-minute walk from the apartment, and the tram stop can be reached in about four minutes on foot. Numerous grocery stores are also nearby, ensuring easy access to daily necessities. The district features modern architecture, plenty of green spaces, and walking paths ideal for family strolls. The picturesque Brzeźno Park is also located nearby—an ideal place to relax surrounded by nature.
