Shawsmill is a 2 bed property nestled in the countryside just outside Kilmarnock. It has a comfortable lounge (with double sofa bed), dining area, newly fitted kitchen and a downstairs shower room and utility room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom which is en-suite, a second bedroom and 4 piece family bathroom completes the accommodation. The property has on site parking and is surrounded by beautiful countryside views and extensive gardens.

Please note the house is non-smoking. You will be issued with £100 fine for smoking inside or smoking from an open window. If you smoke outside please dispose of the cigarette ends in an appropriate manner and do not throw on the footpath.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property. Failure to comply will lead to a fine.
