Welcome to your perfect home away from home in the heart of Vancouver, WA! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is centrally located and just minutes from major freeways—ideal for families or groups exploring the area.

All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a full-size bed. The fourth bedroom doubles as a toy/game room with a full-size air hockey table, a desk for remote work, and two ottomans that convert into queen-size beds—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Downstairs, enjoy both a formal living room and a cozy family room with an ultra-comfortable sectional and a 65" smart TV. The fully equipped laundry room is also located downstairs for your convenience.

Step outside to a beautifully maintained, fully fenced backyard featuring a large covered deck, BBQ grill, patio table, and a relaxing swing. There's also side parking for an RV or large vehicle, a two-car garage, and plenty of driveway parking.
