Great views, great location, nice towels and sheets, and clean. All so important!!! A/C didn’t cool below 74, plenty of box fans so they must know this is an issue. A few other items that will hopefully be upgraded, ask to find out so no surprises. No rugs to help with sand spreading. Old dishwasher, silverware is not good and stained/mix matched coffee cups with keurig that has K cup area but big pot side will not make less than 8 cups. Condo is not updated in baths except for flooring. So if price is right for you to enjoy, just a heads up that it’s not deluxe yet but enjoyable without high standards.
