Welcome to "The Pearl at Pinnacle Port" where you have the best of both worlds with Lake Powell on one side and The Gulf of America on the other. From the moment you enter the unit you are greeted with a family feeling. You have a spacious living room, dining area and full kitchen with ample space for the whole family. On the first floor you have a wonderful bedroom ensuite with a comfy queen bed and a bunk bed set that overlook Lake Powell. Your living room has a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake as well. When you head upstairs to the master bedroom with a wonderful king bed and its own ensuite bath, you have another balcony that overlooks the Gulf of America. Imagine waking up to that view and having your morning coffee while watching the waves. You have another guest bedroom across the hall with a king bed and views of Lake Powell. You have a full hall bath with a shower right outside your door. Off of your full kitchen you have a wonderful laundry room with storage. You have wonderful, updated appliances and fixtures throughout this unit. No expense has been spared for your comfort. The owner has added complimentary beach chair (2 chairs) and an umbrella for the season, from March 1st - October 31st for your enjoyment.
You have full access to all of the onsite amenities that Pinnacle Port has to offer with multiple pools, tennis courts, his & her sauna's, a half basketball court, arcade, barbecue facility, shuffleboard, docks on Lake Powell for boating & fishing and a children's playground with swings and a jungle gym, as well as being on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. You are centrally located to everything that Panama City Beach and 30A have to offer!

This was a getaway for my family (myself, husband, kids ages 22, 21, 20, & 18.) This condo fit our needs perfectly in the following ways:1) Enough actual beds & bathrooms to keep everyone happy. My grown sons actually enjoyed the bunk beds as it reminded them of past beach vacations from when they were younger! 2) Beach service includes an umbrella/2 chairs that are set up every day!3) The unit is located literally on the beach where you walk down the steps to sand & are only a 1min walk to the beautiful water! Some days felt like it was our own private beach, but even on the busiest day, it did not feel overly crowded.4) The location was ideal for us. An 8min drive in one direction are price friendly restaurants & an 8min drive the opposite direction leads you to higher end shops/finer dining. Publix, Aldi’s, CVS, and liquor store 5min away. Even the community next to the condo had a couple of dining options within walking distance. 5) Parking! We rented a 24’ Sprinter van and I was able to find two front/back connecting spaces every single time. 6) My only complaint about the beach when traveling with the ENTIRE family is sand that gets tracked in. Loved that there was a robotic vacuum for each floor, & a regular vacuum in the pantry where the washer/dryer is housed. 7) Management responded to my multiple texts quickly & was AWESOME to work with.The overall building itself shows its age, but the space was clean, updated & comfortable. Highly recommend!
