Nestled just off the A30, down a quiet country lane and only a stones throw from Dartmoor National Park, this stylish open-plan property offers outdoor space perfect for relaxing.
Relax in the Scandinavian hot tub in a brand new renovation (June 25) the property has a long winding farm lane positioned handily just off the A30 (easy access to Cornwall and Exeter) but is set well off the road with private parking and large garden area that is starting to establish. Dartmoor is just up the road, the tors visible from points on the property. There is a wood fired hot tub for 5-7 people with decking area, BBQ and fire pit. The barn conversion is a light and airy space with some low slung beams and a contemporary decor to juxtapose the solid granite traditional structure, specific to the local area .There are sweeping views of grassy hill sides and meadow land. The ground floor encompasses an open plan kitchen with induction hob and double oven, breakfast bar, table area and cosy TV room. There is also a cloakroom/utility room (with washer/dryer) and downstairs toilet.The first floor has timber floors throughout with a spacious main bedroom, a super king size bed and stylish en-suite. The second bedroom has x2 single beds that can be put put together if required. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. The main bathroom has a bath and shower cubicle. The property is run from an air source heat pump and has mechanical ventilation heat recovery.
