That might seem like a lot but pets can cause thousands of dollars in damages on the soft pine floors. If it's found you have smoked or e-cig vaped in this home you will be fined $3,000 plus all costs related to getting the smoke smell out of our linens, furniture, and home; any downtime or fees for canceling future guests while smoke smell gets resolved, etc.
