Cozy studio perfect for having your own space when you visit family at the heights for thanksgiving. Ready to host the next couple of solo travelers adventures in Houston. Close to downtown and all the bars on Washington Ave strip:

The unit is located in the Washington height area of Houston. Walking distance to plenty restaurants and bar on Washington ave, but still far enough to be insulated from the noise of the party crowd. There is also a Walmart and HEB for groceries within a 1 mile radius.

The host was easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We did not spend much time in our unit, so the smaller studio was perfect for our needs. I think a couple of little improvements would add value to the stay. There are no towel bars in the bathroom, an easy fix. Also, the pans in the kitchen where dirty and old and scratched up. We decided not to use them. They really do need to be replaced. Also, supplying a few larger bowls and perhaps a strainer would be helpful. The unit could also use a dresser that has a place to put your folded clothes.
