1st floor - Main Entry:
Leads to our spacious secondary bedroom with its own private bathroom and patio space. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, a dryer and a small utility sink which is located across the garage interior door.
2nd floor - Living Spaces:
Step into a vibrant and spacious living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and colorful accents. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area, the primary bedroom, powder room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
3rd floor:
Leads to our third bedroom with its own private bathroom and designated study area.
Bedrooms:
Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, study desk, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed and private bathroom, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with its twin-size futon, study area, and private bathroom.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is a chef's delight, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or dine al fresco on the private patio.
Garage:
While the garage is a two car garage, it is highly recommended for only one small sedan/SUV to park in it as it is a tight fit. Additional free parking is available on Patterson Street.

Conveniently located, our townhouse is just a short drive from local attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll find everything you need within easy reach.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire townhouse with the exception of two private storage closets. Check-in is seamless with our self-check-in process, and our dedicated host is available 24/7 to assist with any needs.

- 24/7 Exterior Monitoring: Above garage and on the side of one of the balconies.
- Pet Policy: We welcome small dogs and cats under 25 lbs. Unfortunately, no other types of pets are permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

Clean. Nice furnishings. Responsive owner. Good location. Met our needs. We were 4 adults. One that slept on the double bed remarked that it was very hard and not comfortable. One that slept on the futon twin bed remarked that it was not comfortable. My wife and I slept on the queen and it was comfortable. I would stay here in the future if the 2 uncomfortable beds were improved.

Spent a week here with a coworker. The space was perfect as each bedroom has an en suite bath and are laid out on different floors, so there is plenty of privacy as well as communal space. The garage parking is a great bonus as well! Communication with the host was great and the house is clean and well stocked.
