The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a short walk from the theater district. Some of the other reviewers stated that the place was overbooked and their reservations were not honored. We did not have this problem but it was very worrisome before we arrived and as the property owner did not respond to my pre-arrival messages I would not book this property again.

I booked this place for a weekend trip over Halloween weekend bc the reviews were excellent and it looked quaint and clean. The location was exactly as described and the host was very nice, however, the room was not clean. It appeared that perhaps they changed the bed linens and that was it. There were big clomps of hair in the bathroom lining the walls, visible dirt/debris/dead bugs on the floors and an actual live cockroach in the nightstand/desk drawer. I was offered a different room and it was slightly better, however, still not clean. I chose to cancel my booking and stay somewhere else. I only leave this review bc the reviews I read were all flawless (and in my opinion misleading) and I just want to help someone else avoid the same situation I was in.
