About this house rental
Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchenette, separate toilet with washing machine. Upstairs: 1 large attic bedroom on the mezzanine (1 double bed 140x190) and its en-suite bathroom (shower). This bedroom is not suitable for babies or young children. Outside: A 20 m² lawned relaxation area, a 1600 m² landscaped garden shared with the owners who live on-site, at the entrance to the property. 2 bicycles are available. Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard at the entrance. At the entrance to the small village of Trédarzec, on a wooded and landscaped property of 1600 m² including the owners' home at the entrance, this wooden-framed cottage will be perfect for discovering the Côte des Ajoncs in a bucolic environment. Everything lends itself to relaxation and rest: a pretty garden, a bright and comfortable lounge area. If you haven't taken the time to prepare your stay, Patrick and Nathalie, the owners, will be able to give you good advice. You are located in a very touristy region, only 3 km from the pretty characterful town of Tréguier with its cathedral, its half-timbered houses, its marina. From there, you can easily reach the small beach of Ile à Poule in Kerbors (7 km) before discovering the beautiful beaches of Kermagen and Pors Rand in Pleubian (10 km), and starting a hike on the famous Sillon du Talbert, a magnificent ecological curiosity. 12 km from Paimpol, 12 km from Lannion.
