THE SPACE
"JoAnn's Dream" comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms and an upstairs game loft. The layout includes a Primary King Suite with a private ensuite, two guest bedrooms each featuring two queen beds, and a versatile loft with queen beds and twin-over-twin bunks—perfect for kids. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring double ovens, granite countertops, and a spacious pantry, ideal for preparing large group meals.
The open living area offers a cozy spot to relax with two sofas and a TV with Starlink satellite service. For entertainment, the upstairs game loft is packed with fun, including bumper pool, shuffleboard, and board games. There is also a net in the front of the home perfect for playing pickleball. With 3.5 bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and tub/shower combos, there is plenty of space for everyone. This home is a standout among Bolivar Beach House Rentals.

Enjoy the coastal breeze from the large front deck, which offers a combination of shaded and sunny seating. This home is beautiful. Perfect location and walking distance to the beach. It’s in a perfect location. The home has the upstairs area where the kids could have their own play space and plenty of bathrooms for after the beach (especially the outside shower). We are going to book here again and definitely recommend
