We arrived to find a picture perfect clean home and were so excited for our upcoming week long vacation. Then Hurricane Beryl shifted a few hundred miles to the east and our plans were dashed. The hurricane blew through early Monday morning, the house shivered and swayed but stood strong and kept us safe. We lost power around sunrise and it never came back. We stayed for a few days and managed to find some fun by searching a beach filled with shells and had some amazing finds, we were able to cook with the provided propane grill and had thankfully had hot water for showers. We had the BEST time at this home for my mom’s 70th birthday. All she asked for was a weekend getaway at the beach with her kids and grandkids and we were able to make it happen. The home was perfect in size and location to the beach. Host was extremely communicative and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great beach house! It’s clean, a short walk to the beach and a view of the ocean from the front deck. This is our second year to stay here and we will definitely book this house again the next time we come back to Crystal Beach. Mo, the owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly when you contact her. She also has it nicely decorated. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room with beds left unused. We love this house!

We stayed here with 2 families, including 6 elementary aged kids. The proximity to the beach was great, and it's plenty close to a good-sized grocery store. The house was clean and welcoming and had plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen, and the kids enjoyed the bunk rooms. Grown-ups all thought the beds were comfortable, too. The beach chairs and body boards in the garage got a lot of use! The best part was the responsiveness of the owners when one of the AC units had trouble on Sunday evening. They had a guy there first thing Monday morning to fix it, which we hugely appreciated.

The owner is thoughtful. The house is beautiful. Theres Girl's Room and a Boys room. Then, a suite upstairs, an en suite master with shower and deep tub, and another en suite downstairs. Toys for the kids. Volleyball net and ball with lighted area. Washers, ping pong and foosball. Just a short walk to the beach. We'll be back again.

What a great place to gather with family and friends for the holidays! Good Vibes and Tides is exactly as stated and pictured, and perfectly suited our needs. Mo is an excellent host who responded to our questions/concerns almost immediately. The Christmas and palm tree decorations were a surprising added touch that made it fun and festive for our grandchildren. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future get-togethers.

I hosted a small mastermind business intensive for 9 of my clients and the space was perfect. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to feel spacious and comfortable. The house was just as described and fully stocked with all necessities to make you feel right at home. We did have an issue with the internet but the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. All the ladies that attended were truly impressed and all wanted the information to book themselves. Definitely will be back to book again!

We loved our stay. The check-in process was smooth and all information regarding the home and surrounding area is provided for you shortly before your arrival. This isn't our 1st stay in the area however, the welcome packet opened our eyes to things we hadn't before discovered. The house is as descibed and more. Our family spent as much time on table tennis and washers as they did at the beach. The owner was very attentive to our needs and very communicative. We would highly recommend staying in this home.

Sitting on the shaded balcony for hours watching and listening to the waves roll in is most enjoyable. The beach home is nestled in a great location within a short walk to the beach and its floor plan was awesome for my family of 10 with room to spare. Grandkids spent hours at the beach, collecting shells, and riding in a golf cart rented from Crystal Beach Golf Carts located nearby. Would definitely stay at Good Vibes & Texas Tides again. We loved this house. From before we checked in, the owner communicated that they were having the AC serviced just because it was so hot that weekend and had an extra window unit installed to push more air and cool the house down quickly. She was a fabulous host and the house had everything you would need for a trip. Clean sheets, clean floors, towels, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would book this one again.
