Please note: The garage is NOT included with the home. We use it for the riding lawn mower, snow blower, and tools for property maintenance.
Just 5 MINUTES from Downtown Leavenworth! Explore shops & restaurants easily, yet enjoy privacy. Our property offers a year-round propane fire pit on the front porch, BBQ, Basketball hoop, lawn games, and a backyard creek. The acreage is fully fenced, except for the creek acting as a natural boundary (due to wildlife).
Having stayed in many vacation rentals, we've incorporated special touches into this VERY Exceptional home.
Plenty of space for trailers, RVs, additional vehicles & more!
Please note: A passing train (across the street) will be heard at times. Just a heads-up!
*Pet friendly with $60 PER pet fee. Please include quantity of pets in your reservation.
Please note: You may hear the passing train at night (train track located across the street). It hasn't bothered anyone, but we wanted to mention it.
For security purposes, there is an exterior security camera on the property. It faces the parking area only and does not record or use audio.

Please note that we are a mountain town. Most travelers will access us via Stevens Pass (US-2) or Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and Blewett Pass (Hwy-97). AWD is recommended and Chains may be needed. Our driveway is fairly flat and we maintain it via snowblower (but it usually will have 1-2" of snow on it).
We also recommend you invest in trip insurance for your vacation.

Home is lovely and spotless. Home had a big yard full of snow which the kids got to enjoy. The owners thought of everything a family can need. Grocery store is a few minutes away which was a plus.

Our stay was perfect! The owners literally thought of everything you’d need for little kids. Pack and play, extra kid mattress, high chair, sleds! House was clean and fully stocked with everything you’d need. There was a perfect little hill on the property too for our kids to sled on!

Did not ski. Very pet friendly. Two small detractors: refrigerator ice maker inoperative and bath tub floor very slippery. Overall very comfortable stay!

Nice country setting, peaceful , and within minutes from downtown. Near a railroad but ear plugs were kindly provided.
