About this house rental
Amazing River Front Cabin! The Jordan Lodge boasts beautiful large windows overlooking the Chiwawa River - the only thing between you and the river is a large deck and hot tub!

This Cabin is a quaint home with 4 bedrooms, +1 spare rooms & 2.5 bathrooms surrounded by beautiful wooded area and river views.
Sandy River Beach and wooded forest service trails on the property for guests to explore.
Maximum number of Guests is 8 (includes children) & no day guests per county code that is strictly enforced.
Main floor has an open living room, laundry room, 1.5 Bathrooms, Kitchen & Bedroom with Queen Bed.
Upstairs has a loft/game area w/ Foosball & X-BOX, Bathroom, 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, 1 spare room overlooking the River with a Queen Bed.
Full size kitchen includes multiple sets of dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc. Feel at home while you dine at your 11ft custom log dining table.
There is a Bathroom on each floor and each have provided Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner.
ROKU Smart TV w/ Dish Satellite & DVD Player
Large backyard with the following amenities:
•Horse Shoe Pit
•Ladder Ball
•Giant Chess set

Other Things to Note:
During winter months, the property is fully plowed and the county takes care of the main roads & neighborhood. The Jordan Lodge driveway is too steep to drive down, it's about a 100 feet long. We provide supply wagons to tow your stuff down and a heated pathway. This is done by our guests all winter, but it should be considered before you book. Please advise us in advance if you need any special assistance!
Guests have access to the whole home along with plenty of parking.
Keyless entry. (Code will be sent after signed contract is returned.)
Dogs are allowed for $35/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be cleaned up after. A provided Dog Run is set up for your convivence.
EV Charging Station Available for Guest Use.

This is one of 4 houses that is rented on VRBO on that property. They all share the same driveway but are separated so you have good privacy. The Jordan cabin is very private and you are down at the bottom of a steep driveway. The house has 5 queen beds, all in separate bedrooms. There is a 6th bedroom with a twin bed. The house is well furnished and has most what you would need and expect in a rental property. You are 10 minutes from Plain and 30 minutes from Leavenworth. The river was flowing fairly fast in April but I suspect it will slow down in the summer for inner tubing. The property was as advertised and we had a great time there.

We stayed for 4 nights over our 5 kids spring break. We spent time together hiking, at the beach, watching old movies, at Lake Wenatchee, in Plain and back down enjoying the Bravarian Village as Leavenworth is only 25min away. The Cabin slept everyone comfortably and sitting next to the river enjoying either hot coffee in the morning with my wife or a cold drink in the hot tub at night was the getaway we were looking for. Brunners Lodge is a great place to get away and recharge.

The biggest thing I have to share with fellow travelers is that this house is at the bottom of a very steep hill. In winter they expect guests to park at the top and haul everything you bring to the bottom in wagons. They have supplied shoe spikes, it’s that steep and icy. It’s completely baffling that this house doesn’t have this listed, as there is snow here at least 5 months a year. The hill is not navigable if you have any physical disabilities.
That aside it’s also actually 6 bedrooms, not 5. It’s large and beautiful right on the river. There are outdoor games and lots of privacy.
It’s a nice house, but beware if you’re traveling in the winter.
