The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and the marina-facing patio is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The living room features a spacious dining area and a large sectional pull-out sofa. The bathroom boasts dual vanity sinks and a generous walk-in shower. The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper, making it ideal for accommodating overnight guests. Unit comes with one reserved parking spot.
Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

Great location, only a minute walk to beach and harbor, shops, restaurants. 15 walk to Oceanside pier. Convenient location to drive to San Diego. Loved having designated parking spot included. The condo was clean, had needed kitchen/cooking utensils, pans etc. No A/C, so it got a bit warm, but fans and opening windows/screen doors helped. 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board and beach towels available for use. Cindy, the property manager was helpful and great to work with. We'll definitely return for another stay.

Property was as advertised. Check in a breeze. Comfortable for my wife and I. We stayed on the marina side and loved it.. walking distance to all the beach and harbor has to offer. We will be back!
