THE VIEW
Beachfront Luxury sits just steps from the sand, offering stunning views of the ocean and pier. Enjoy the scenery from the living room or take it all in from the spacious outdoor patio, complete with a table, chairs, and an umbrella.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a kitchen with granite counter tops, appliances, and additional built-in cabinetry. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area seats four around a beautiful glass, round table. There are also two additional seats at the bar for quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa sectional and plasma screen TV. Cuddle up and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or enjoy either a DVD or the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is located just across the hall from the bedroom and includes a custom tiled walk-in shower.
SLEEPING
D11 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable King bed w/Temperpedic memory foam mattress topper . The bedroom also hosts a large built in closet and drawers, and a flatscreen TV with cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen sized Murphy bed in the living room.

-D11 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D11 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved this condo. Location location location.The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. This is our 5th trip to North Coast Village and I think this was the perfect condo. If I had any complaints, it would be the mattress in the bedroom. One side was like sleeping in a ditch..but my side was great! Thank you for great communication and I hope we can stay again.
