    It's a small hotel and you may easily miss the entrance from the main street/Soi Sukhumvit 19. Just remind yourself to look for a massage shop, as the front of the hotel is a massage place. The reception is small next to the front door to your right. It has a small elevator so that's a plus. The room is small but adequate, considering the prime location, just a few walking steps from Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. No complimentary breakfast but that's understandable as it makes more sense to eat elsewhere as you can find food anywhere nearby, 7-11 convenient stores, restaurants, street food, or even the mall food court. My only disappointment was that I already informed them that I would reach the hotel very early in morning to drop my bags off (and return to check in later), and they acknowledged that there would be someone at the front desk to receive my bags. However, it turned out that when I arrived, no one was there. The front door was locked and dark (which was understandable). I rang the bell several times but no one came. So I had to call another taxi and left the hotel with my bags in tow. I had to come back in the afternoon with my bags to check in. They later messaged me to apologize and blamed it on the door bell failure.

    Great hotel to stay albeit no facilities for gym or pool. Very clean and everything works.

    Room as described. Only issue encountered was the sewage smell from the bathroom drain which many of the hotels nearby may have the same problem. The smell can be contained just keep door closed when not in use.
