I booked this hostel through Agoda and the info there is completely misleading. The distance from SBhan, and bus is shown wrong — check DB Navigator instead.
The hostel has no lift, and we were given a room on the top floor (actually the 5th, but they call it 4th). Carrying luggage up was a nightmare. The bathroom was also disappointing — the sink is so tiny you can’t even wash your face. On top of that, the location is far from the S-Bahn, bus, and city center.
Worst part: Agoda’s service is pathetic. They block messages from the property, so even though I asked twice how to check in, I had to wait outside. Later I found out you have to submit details via a webpage, but Agoda never explained that. Their support was useless — after many complaints they just kept sending the same copy-paste check-in instructions, even after I had already checked in.
This experience almost ruined my trip. Agoda is unreliable, unhelpful, and misleading. Never again.
