    The place is situated 15 mins from airport and the staff is so welcoming. The receptionist, the restaurant guys were very sweet

    I had an outstanding stay at this hotel in Leh and would return in a heartbeat. The meals were consistently delicious, and even though their usual meal service times are later than what we’re used to, the team was remarkably flexible and happily adjusted to our schedule. The service overall is on another level: they arranged all our tourist permits, coordinated excellent drivers for our trips from Manali and to Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, helped plan our itinerary, and shared expert local advice that really elevated our experience. The kind manager Mr. Nobu even went out of his way to make sure we could watch the World Cup, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay all the more memorable. The rooms are spotless, with a serene, calming atmosphere and beautiful views overlooking the Leh valley below. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed the moment you step in. I recommend this hotel without any reservation; they truly go above and beyond for their guests. The only point to note is that the property is about a 10-minute drive from the city centre, which means the surroundings are wonderfully quiet and peaceful, but you will need to rely on a vehicle for trips into town. We would choose this location over the city centre in a heartbeat. We will be back!

    I travelled in June 26. The facility is nice and clean. The breakfast is average. The bed is good however the place is pretty far from the town (10 min drive which is far for a small town like leh).
