    When we arrived at the hotel we noticed big boulders had fallen from the cliff face in front of the hotel. The hotel manager was lovely and took us to our room. Within 15 mins we heard this extreme noise that sounded like an industrial jack hammer. We were then told by the manager the noise can go on till 6pm. Our quiet peaceful holiday seemed unattainable. We then discovered there was an industrial crane hammering into the cliff with rocks falling down onto the road right in front of the hotel. This became a huge risk issue for us and we decided to find another safe place to stay. Sadly Agoda nor the hotel are willing to provide a full refund. The Hotel had a duty of care to let potential guests know that there was construction work going on and that there would be industrial noise at the hotels front door. The hotel itself is very nice so too the staff and room given. The location of the hotel is far from the leh market and walking street. You will need a taxi which costs 1200 rupees return. So the whole situation has left a sour taste and bad start to our Leh adventure.

    Staff was very much cooperative 1. my wife was on Fasting, they prepare fasting food (not in menu of buffe). 2. Their welcome Kawa & Thuppa is amazing. 3. View from Hotel is also good.

    I travelled in June 26. The facility is nice and clean. The breakfast is average. The bed is good however the place is pretty far from the town (10 min drive which is far for a small town like leh).
