    Just returned from an unforgettable stay at Hotel Pal Leh, and I’m already missing it! This little boutique hotel in Leh has completely stolen my heart. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us like family. The genuine warmth, personal attention, and thoughtful little touches made us feel instantly at home. The rooms are exactly what you want after a day of exploring at 11,500+ feet – super cosy, well-insulated, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly stylish in a warm Ladakhi-minimalist way. The thick blankets, soft bedding, hot water bottles placed in the beds during cold nights, and the big windows looking out at snow-capped peaks made every morning feel magical. Wi-Fi is decent (by Leh standards) and the in-room heater actually works! And the food… oh my god, the food deserves its own paragraph! I genuinely believe Hotel Pal has some of the best food I’ve eaten in Ladakh (and possibly anywhere in recent memory). The kitchen team creates magic with both traditional Ladakhi dishes and surprisingly excellent continental/Indian options. The food was out of this world. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Even the simple veg fried rice tasted extraordinary. Honestly, out-of-this-world good! If you’re planning a trip to Leh and want a place that feels like a warm hug after cold mountain days, look no further. Hotel Pal Leh is not just accommodation – it’s an experience you’ll carry with you long after you leave. Highly, highly recommended!     I Visited the pal on 30 sep and did not like my stay. Within 30 mins of check-in i got call from staff about checkout time and they were suggesting 10:30 check out time when in booking it was written 12 pm. The staff attitude was not good. Nothing was available to order to eat at 6:00 pm and had to wait till 7:30 pm. Breakfast was plain but I was not put off so much by food as with cold and unwelcoming attitude of staff.
