    This hotel is home away from home. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They're very supportive and helpful. The hotel location is central with a tram station just less than one minute walk away. Taxis are available 24 hours and there is plenty of food choices less than one minute walk away. The world famous Galata Tower is a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

    Location was perfect offering easy access to all nearby attractions and restaurants. The property is well maintained with helpful staff.

    I had a great 4-day stay in the economy room at Kayaks Fil Hotel. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was perfect for someone who spends the day out exploring. The location is excellent, with major tourist attractions all within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and shops right on the doorstep. The staff were exceptional. Communication via WhatsApp was easy, and they organised my airport transfer before I arrived. Within 10 minutes of landing, I had already been collected. They were always friendly, responsive, and happy to help with anything I needed throughout my stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back!

    I like the view from the room (mosques and historical buildings). It’s close to T1 tram station, famous restaurants and desserts, and the kilic Ali Pasa Hamam. However you might hear the “song” from the mosque in early morning, also transferring to the airport is not so easy.
