The open plan kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
For added convenience, the home also includes a shared laundry room.
The two bedrooms contain two comfortable single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by car.
Ponta Delgada airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

The place is lovely, and the beds / matraces are old and a bit uncomfortable. We had a corcroach in the shower and no chance that the washing or toweks woukd dry due to most weather. We still liked it.

The property was clean and in a great location. It was charming in many ways and very well priced. However, it is quite an old and not updated property, so just be mindful that there are no air conditioning or fans in the hot weather, so it can get a bit stuffy. Also be wary that any food left on the counter will immediately attract ants. It was still worth the price and location, but it is an old house, and comes with the associated issues.
