    This beautiful old hotel is located in a culdesac off the main road surrounded by gardens and trees. Its excellent value for money and sure its showing its age a little but what more do you want for $15 AUD?, The room was pretty clean comfortable, the mattress was good and it had air con! Its location on the outskirts of Chiang Mai isnt ideal for tourists unless you have a reason to be there like I did (fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance).

    I stayed at the old building. The hotel offered a very low price and well equipped with necessary facilities. Bathroom needs renovation, not that it was dirty or anything but it’s old and rundown giving a sense of unclean. Air-con was old and loud.
