    Although this hotel is not in the main areas, it is absolutely outstanding quality. Beautiful facilities, fully equipped gym, pool, spa spaces. Rooms are lovely. I stayed for a longer period so had the residence room and could not fault it one bit. For those concerned about the location, its connected to line 2 which is the subway, which honestly can get you anywhere around seoul. Plus its a bit more peaceful staying here.

    Hotel has amazing service, facilities and ample space if you have big luggages! It’s locate above a neighborhood mall and linked to the Line 2 train station. It’s away from the touristy places so if you want to be away from the crowd - this is it! Nearer to Jamsil and Gangnam so you get the view of Hangang River. We are so pleased with the hotel and this will definitely be our first choice of stay for our next trip

    We had such a great experience at Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole — it truly checks all the boxes for what we look for in a hotel. First, cleanliness was excellent. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. I also really appreciated that there were no carpets, making everything feel fresher and more hygienic. The location is incredibly convenient. There’s a mall right beside the hotel, so everything you need is just a few steps away. Transportation is also very accessible — getting around Seoul from here was easy and hassle-free. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our stay, which made a big difference in the overall experience. We also tried ordering in-room dining, and the food was surprisingly very good — definitely exceeded expectations for hotel food. Overall, this hotel is an all-in-one choice — great location, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service, and convenience. Highly recommended, especially if you want everything in one place.
