About this house rental
This villa is located on a plot of more than 900 m2 in Sukosan, a picturesque small coastal town near Zadar. Only a short walk from this beautiful villa separates you from the nearest beach. A lovely private pool is at your disposal. The pool area is definitely the place where you will spend most of your time as there are cozy lounging chairs for relaxing by the pool and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill ideal for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is lovingly furnished in a simple style but with great attention to detail. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The colourful children's room with two separate single beds is also located on the first floor, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The remaining 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, are located on the upper floor. You can enjoy sunsets on the large balcony with sea views. The villa is fully fenced, offers two private parking spaces and plenty of opportunities to relax and experience an unforgettable holiday near Zadar.This villa is located in the small village of Sukosan, just a short drive from Zadar. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), the Church of St. Donat (9th century), the Church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (12th to 13th century), parts of the defensive walls ... Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun). The region offers beautiful beaches, good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, but also breathtaking national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Tela??ica, Paklenica?). If you want to have more fun, Zadar offers beach bars and cafés, nightclubs and discos from sunset to sunrise. During your stay in Zadar, don't forget to try the sweet Maraschino cherry liqueur!

vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang, das Haus war früher zu beziehen als ausgemacht, uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Ich wollte noch ein Fahrrad zum einkaufen haben, eine halbe Stunde später war es da. Der Pool und Whirlpool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereiningt, davon hat man nichts gehört. Zur Begrüßung stand in der Küche ein riesen großer Obstkorb, daneben ein Brot , Käse , Speck und im Kühlschrank einige Dosen Bier. Per Whats App haben wir auch einge Adresse für Lokale und Freizeitanlagen bekommen. Wir ware sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Es ist ein sehr schönes , modern eingerichteste Haus. Im Ort gibt es eine sehr gute kleine Bäckerei. Der Liege und Grillplatz waren super. Die Schaukel und die Rutsche wurden jeden Tag von unseren Enkelkinder genützt, auch so war alles vorhanden, ob Spülmittel oder Waschtaps. Wir kommen wieder, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
