September in Sukosan.

Wow, what can we say about Villa Mirakul in Sukosan!! This property is beautiful. The apartment and the pool area are to die for. Everything is so tastefully done. My wife and I have already recommended this property to our friends. Our host, Sanja, was so helpful with an early check-in and with recommending local restaurants to go to. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning😍.

Charming, classy villa, immaculate and steps from the local swimming beach

Beautiful building with flowers everywhere, the grounds were well kept, attractive, the pool area was immaculate, charming dining area/bar next to the pool, truly pretty design . The owner was a classy lady, she was there and personally showed us our little aparty, which was clean and well appointed. She was very helpful, friendly, gave good advice, good communicator, very nice person. The whole facility showed her personal touch and that she put a lot of energy into her villa.

Classy, Cozy, Comfortable, a no brainer if you are in the area

Very nice estate with nice pool and outdoor dining area. All is beautifully designed and very well taken care of. Also very clean and comfortable with such a lovely welcome from the owner. Not far from Zadar, you can Uber there if you want a night without car, and otherwise just a few meters from the beach and a few min walk from Sukosan restaurants.

A place to make lots of good memories

Great place with super nice people. Location close to the beach (walking distance) and center of the village ( also walking distance or with the bicycles available for free). Pool with fresh towels and the summer kitchen great place to relax. Zadar is not to far. Airport is very close. In the greater area there are many places to visit, possibilities for adventures. A place to make lots of good memories.

Greate time in Croatia

The villa is very cozy with an amazing open kitchen and a small pool in the back garden. The location is excellent, only 20 minutes drive from Zadar airport and private parking on the street. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom also. Very good contact with a wonderful and helpful host.

Exactly what we wanted and a little more.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The host (Sanja) is extremely helpful and nice. The location is right by beach, and close to the main street with restaurants, bars and cafes. The property has everything you need in great condition and the host has paid attention to every small detail. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming and perfect location

My partner, 9 month old and I just returned from a beautiful five day stay at this villa. The owner met us as we arrived and we received such a warm welcome, they were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, we asked for an iron, high chair and cot and they were able to provide all three. The apartment was immaculate, well designed and conveniently situated within a few minutes walk from a supermarket, the beach and many bars and restaurants. Having access to a swimming pool was a huge bonus for us to keep our little one cool during the soaring day time temperatures. I highly recommend staying at this place to families as it has everything you need in the apartment and plenty to keep you entertained. Close distance to Zadar city, we took (very cheap) Ubers for a day trip and also used Ubers to and from the airport. There’s also a pharmacy within walking distance for the added peace of mind. We look forward to returning in the future and hopefully bringing more relatives along with us.

Great room

When the host is waiting for you with the AC turned on and two bottles of cold water, you know you are in the right place. Very clean room with a nice bathroom. It's small, but very cute. In the backyard you have an open kitchen with a pool, relaxing zone and a bar with many things. The host is great and very friendly. You can drive up to the room, leave you baggage and then, park it in a separate location (10meters away).

Mirakulous !

Many thanks to Sanja who allowed us to spend a pleasant stay in her villa. Nothing was missing, the interior of the apartment was very modern, cosy and especially of an irreproachable hygiene, embellished with a nice terrace. The swimming pool is really pleasant, strictly reserved to the villa‘s guests, one does not jostle at the gate, deckchairs and bath linen are available at the edge of the basin. The BBQ area with its large table where you can relax, cook your own food and enjoy some drinks is also very practical. Villa Mirakul is very well located, 2 minutes walk from a beach, 5 minutes walk from the port and center of Sukošan, 20 minutes from Zadar by car. Sanja is a lovely person, she was considerate from the beginning to the end of the stay, making it a point of honor to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of her guests. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and would like to come back.

Lovely stylish appartment. Great cosy balcony and outdoor cooking / sitting area. All designed very tasteful. Extremely helpful and kind host making reservations to a nice resto. And, recommended a a wonderful private full-day boat trip to the Kornati islands. Perfect location to visit Zadar, beach, islands and national park. Highly recommended!

Best vacation ever!

We stayed at a small garden room that is separated from the rest of the house. It was small, but just enough for two people to enjoy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Outside it has a small terrace with lots of plants that complement the seaside and the scenery. Apart from that, we had an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine and everything else you would have in your kitchen. Next to that there is also an outdoor sitting area with a great pool. The staff is very polite and the family who owns the villa is great with people so you would enjoy your stay and have an amazing vacation. It is close to the beach and the city centre where you can have a delicious meal or a coffee. All in all, it is worth the price!

Wunderbares Apartment

Alles sehr sauber, super gemütlich eingerichtet, die Gastgeberin war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den gepflegten Außenbereich (Pool mit Liegen, überdachte Loungemöbel und die gut ausgestattete Outdoorküche) konnte man jederzeit nutzen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement met ruim balkon en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder. De keuken is klein en beperkt uitgerust, maar je kan de buitenkeuken gebruiken die bij het complex hoort, die is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Apartament komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo czysty, zmieniane ręczniki i pościel. Właścicielka miła i pomocna. Super basen i miejsce do wypoczynku na powietrzu. Polecam też kuchnię przy basenie, w której można urządzić sobie fajną kolację. Do plaży spacerkiem bardzo blisko, do centrum również.

Pokój jest bardzo czysty, ładny a jego przestrzeń jest bardzo dobrze zagospodarowana. Byliśmy 7 nocy i w co drugi dzień Pani wymieniała w pokoju ręczniki, wyrzucała śmieci i dokładała w razie potrzeby papier toaletowy. Pokój sam w sobie bardzo fajny i nowoczesny jedynym minusem jest to, że pokój dla dwóch osób (10m2) nie znajduje się w budynku ukazanym na zdjęciu tylko znajduję się za ścianą wspólnej kuchni, która jest na dworze a wejście do obiektu jest od dworu przez przesówne szklane drzwi - taras jest jak najbardziej super jednak brak wcześniejszej informacji był dla nas średnim zaskoczeniem. Jednak na wyposażenie samej zewnętrznej kuchni nie można narzekać ponieważ było absolutnie wszystko co było potrzebne do codziennego gotowania obiadów :) Basen jest super przytulnym miejscem na relaks a leżaczki bardzo wygodne - jest rownież możliwość wzięcia sobie na ten czas ręcznika, który poźniej Pani sprzątaczka zabiera (basen jest rownież codziennie płukany i myty). Lokalizacja jest świetna naprawdę bliziutko do morza i kawiarenki z lodami, kawą etc. Do centrum miasta też blisko a roweremi, które za darmo codziennie można brać jest jeszcze bliżej. Stan rowerów jest ok naprawdę super, że jest to w cenie ponieważ najbliższy większy market jest ok. 1km a na rowerze z koszyczkiem bardzo fajnie pokonywało się ten dystans.

Niestety kilka razy chcąc umyć się w rożnych porach dnia leciała letnia woda jedynie bliżej wieczora była gorąca lecz tak niestety nie było to najprzyjemniejsze + Brak wcześniejszej informacji o fakcie, że zewnętrza wspólna kuchnia jest otwierana rano ok.7/8 i zamykana 22:00. Niestety było to mocno uciążliwe ponieważ nie posiadaliśmy lodówki w pokoju i w momencie wyjazdu do Splitu autokarem o godz. 5 rano nie mogliśmy zjeść śniadania, ani wzięcia zimnych napoi z lodówki..

La propriétaire est très sympathique, très chaleureuse et a à cœur d’aider ses invités pour un super séjour. Tout est très propre, l’espace extérieur cuisine d’été et piscine est un vrai cocon! L’immeuble est petit et c’est plutôt intimiste. Idéal en famille car il y a tout le confort, tout est joliment décoré et de qualité.merci pour les vélos a disposition ! Parking proche.Je recommande

L’environnement, pas grand chose à faire à proximité si ce n’est la ville de Zadar. Idéal pour une étape de 2 ou 3 jours.

Schönes sauberes Apartment

Es war sehr sauber nur der Pool war etwas trüb aber die Besitzerin war bemüht etwas zu tun. Ansonsten war es schön!

Leider gab es keinen Geschirrspüler im Apartment und draußen in der Outdoor Küche leider auch nicht. Die Kinder sollten nicht in den Pool springen was ich verstehen kann, leider hat es uns sehr viel Energie gekostet unseren Kids (2&5) immer wieder zu sagen dass das nicht gewünscht ist.. Wir hatten verstanden dass die Getränke inklusive sind wir haben erst später gemerkt dass es eine Preisliste gibt, wir hätten wohl weniger konsumiert wenn es klar gewesen wäre.. Getränke hätten wir im Supermarkt viel viel günstiger besorgen können, aber das war unser Missverständnis.

Wspaniały wypoczynek w super apartamencie.

Od pierwszego dnia do ostatniego nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Gospodyni zaopiekowała się nami. Miła, serdeczna i uśmiechnięta z bardzo dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego. Pokój perfekcyjnie czysty, łazienka również. Ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem, kosmetyki w łazience, kuchnia do dyspozycji przy basenie. Basen czysty, z ręcznikami i leżakami na zapleczu ogrodu ( cisza i spokój). Kilka rowerów do dyspozycji gości stoi na podwórku. Do plaży 2 minutki, super lokalizacja bo blisko sklep, piekarnia, restauracje. Szczerze polecam:)

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, jedynie internet czasami szwankował ale podobno tak jest w całym miasteczku. Wieczorem warto mieć coś na komary bo się uaktywniają.

Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge och nära stranden

Väldigt trevligt nyrenoverat hotell. Allt var i väldigt bra ordning, och läget är också väldigt bra med närhet till stranden och byns kärna med butiker och restauranger. Väldigt trevlig värd som var väldigt mån om att vi hade det bra.

Poolen var lite kall, men för övrigt väldigt fin!
