Why stay in a busy hotel when you can enjoy peace and privacy in beautiful Maggie Valley? Spend some time relaxing on the back deck and you may start to wonder if you're really in a treehouse. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the mountains in summer and even more views in the winter. The terraced yard is perfect for picnics or yoga and the small wet weather stream is delightful. The best shopping and dining in Maggie Valley is a 5 minute drive and Waynesville and Lake Junaluska are right around the corner. Cherokee is just 25 minutes away and downtown Asheville is an easy 40 minute drive . The owners live in the area and are always available by phone for questions or dining and activity recommendations. What are you waiting for? The owner is very communicative and helpful. I accidentally left my favorite pair of shoes and she mailed them to me. Cute little cabin. 2b/2b. Nice back porch with a nice view. My only criticism (and it's an extremely minor one) is the tv didn't access streaming, or I couldn't figure out how to do it. However, it does have direct tv for your downtime. Also, disconnecting from most things for a weekend is exactly what I needed.10/10 would definitely stay again.

This poem we stayed in has the wow views staying in the treetops was quite wonderful seeing the beautiful birds the quietness around you enough for you even to see hummingbirds come up to the back deck got to see wild turkeys walked by the property bear prints around from the night before was quite cool to see the road getting to the property as listed is a little bumpy getting to we had an all-wheel-drive truck and had zero issues getting up to the home the pots and pans, unfortunately were a little scraped up from past guest, the first few nights we stayed in the home. We did not need to touch any type of air-conditioning. It was nice and cool although towards the end of our trip, it started getting a bit warmer. It was very nice and very convenient to have the AC units they worked quite well. Host was very communicative and fast responding would stay here again.

Cabin needs a deep cleaning. Roads to cabin need some repairing, but other than that we really enjoyed the trip!
