About this house rental
Valley Vista is a cozy, one-level, single-family home nestled high in the mountainside of Maggie Valley with a hot tub and mountain views. The living room features a soaring, vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, wood-burning fireplace, and adjoining screened porch. Below, a larger covered deck holds a four-person hot tub, also with aforementioned mountain views. You’ll find it by taking the exterior steps on the right side of the home.
Inside, there’s a split bedroom floorplan with two bedrooms, each equipped with a desk and a smart TV, and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas with an island and all of the essentials you need to cook a meal. There’s also a stackable washer/dryer if you need to do laundry, and there’s a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, if your crew needs an extra bed. Don’t miss the record player and well-stocked bookshelf!
Located in Maggie Valley, up a windy, steep road, there’s room for just two cars parked on the street, parallel to the house. Just down the hill, there’s an excellent brewery with outdoor
seating on scenic Jonathan’s Creek, and there’s also a super popular pancake house. Close to hiking, skiing, the cute downtown of Waynesville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee, and just 40 minutes from Asheville, Valley Vista is the perfect basecamp for your mountain getaway.

Thank you it’s an excellent place to stay! Very vintage retro we like that.Hot tub was amazing and very large and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need even a garlic grater which I loved and I used would recommend to stay on that lovely place anytime

Our rental experience was excellent. The agent was always prompt and ready to answer any questions. The only complaint was the rental was very dusty and had lots of cob webs. The hot tub was very clean but the porch area around it was very unkept (leaves & debris.) Looked like it had been like that for a while. On another note, we visited the reservation, Waynesville and enjoyed the classic Corvair car show in Maggie Valley as well as the beautiful scenery. The view from the house is awesome and the neighborhood is very nice & folks were friendly.
