The chic villa is located on the edge of the beautiful village Premantura on the southern tip of Istria, only a few kilometers away from Pula. The "Nature Park Cape Kamenjak" is on the doorstep and invites with its unique nature and the many bays every day for hiking, swimming or cycling. The approximately 650 m² property consists of a beautiful garden with running around the house lawns and manicured hedges and Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor are the apartments A1, A2 and A3 with 2 bedrooms. On the first floor is the luxury apartment A4 for 4-8 people.
