The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, tastefully and elegantly furnished, and offers spacious rooms. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a single bed, an armchair, a large wardrobe and is adjacent to a full marble bathroom with a spacious shower. Bedroom 2 features a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, a single bed, a bookshelf, a desk, a table, and is connected to another full bathroom with shower. You can access the house from the kitchen or from bedroom 3. The driveway/courtyard outside is shared with guests of the upstairs apartment, while the front garden is private. Access to the driveway is through the main gate of the villa.
You can enjoy the garden at Villa Camelia, a historic villa located in Ponte a Moriano. The villa overlooks Via Nazionale, a road with regular vehicle traffic but not particularly busy. It is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Lucca and close to the beautiful countryside and Lucchese hills.
Two shared parking spaces are available within the property. Access to the driveway is through the main gate on the main road. If you have a large car or a van, access to the parking area may be difficult. Only one pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. A crib and high chair are available on request. Please do not damage the furniture, especially if you are accompanied by your pet.
