When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying take out at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.
When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms:
(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and a large, attached bathroom.
(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom
(3) Third bedroom - Queen sized bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
Spend time outside on the patio with a grill and dining table.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

This property is new, well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchenware, and the host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The house offers plenty of space, is located right on the Greenway, and has a neighborhood pickleball court, all of which we utilized. We didn't try out the pool, though the neighborhood clubhouse and pool looked brand new and quite nice. The drive to downtown Bentonville is very short. It would be good if the living room had another chair or two, but over all, a very comfortable place to stay!

Check-in was very easy and seamless. Home and kitchen facilities were great. Everything you need is there. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood and surrounding area is peaceful, quiet and well-maintained. Great area to walk, run and ride safely with access to nice trails nearby. The downtown shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive. Wi-Fi access perfect for work or to access your favorite streaming service. Very nice pool and clubhouse. Great grill at the home patio or by the pool for burgers and steaks. Host was very responsive and followed up to ensure our comfort shortly after arrival and check-out. Great place to get away for a couple or family.
