This spacious and impeccably designed property boasts 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for families, groups, or couples seeking a deluxe escape.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
⧫Master Bedroom: Enjoy a peaceful night's rest on a king-size bed in the spacious master suite. It's your own private oasis with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
⧫Additional Bedrooms: The other two bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, making this bedrooms ideal for up to 6 guests.
⧫All bedrooms come equipped with large TVs, ensuring you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies in the comfort of your room.
⧫In the loft you will find the pool table, as well as 2 day beds. The day beds increase the guest count by 4, which gives the property the ability to sleep a total of 10 guests comfortably!
Living Area:
⧫Gather in the stylish and open living room, complete with a massive 75-inch TV for movie nights or catching the big game.
⧫Challenge your friends to a game of pool in the dedicated game room, adding to the entertainment options during your stay.

The house is new and fresh, the location is convenient. Slaughter Pen trails start one block away. Would happily stay again!

Let’s start with the positives. The home is beautiful! Beds are comfy. Showers are amazing and spa-like. It’s close to downtown but not within walking distance. Very quiet.
The negatives - we had 6 adults in the home (advertised to accommodate 10 people) and I would not consider it well-stocked. Two small skillets that looked like they were recently purchased from a garage sale. No iron or ironing board. Told the host who asked if we checked the master bedroom. Yes. Never heard back. Ended up buying them. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. One roll of paper towels. No tissues or napkins. No extra towels. Had to replace the sponge in the sink because it was smelly.
We had a really enjoyable stay but a few small issues that can be easily remedied would have made this a five star review.
