Welcome to the Retro Rainbow Herb River Hideaway! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath home on the Herb River offers river access just a short walk away. Recently updated, it features a living room sofa that converts to a queen bed, allowing us to host up to 8 guests. Located just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah and a scenic 30-minute drive to Tybee Island, you'll enjoy stunning views and easy access to all the charm Savannah offers. We've included both professional photos and real-time images for transparency. We'd love to host you!
Welcome to "Canary Cottage"! Part of the Retro Rainbow homes on the Herb River. Once inside, you will find an open concept layout. The living room is a cozy space with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two arm chairs and a large SmartTV. Off the living room, you will find the kitchen which has everything you need to settle in and feel "at home," as well as a dining space with seating for 4. As you continue through the home, you will find two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed. Bedrooms #2 has two full-sized beds. A full bathroom (with shower) completes the inside.
Outside guests can enjoy a small side yard, perfect for guests with children or pets!
For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code. We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more!
