Very Disappointed

I couldn't like much more than the location.

I had a reservation to arrive at 8:30 - 9:00 pm on a Thursday night. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I pressed the doorbell several times, and called their phone number. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come let me in, I left and went to another hotel. The price was a little higher, but at least they opened for me.

The place was close to interstate

The place did not have power in the bathroom, would not reset on the plug. The tv was an old flat screen that you could barely see the picture.

Not a good place to stay. If you value kindness and cleanliness keep looking. This is not the place for you!

The bed was comfortable.

Some of the staff were very rude. One yelled at my 89 year old father for spilling coffee and not cleaning it up. Had he bent over to clean it up he probably would have lost his balance. I have never been to a business that treated someone so badly for an accident. The door hit is arm and he dropped his coffee. I had to step between this man and my elderly father and ask him for a little grace. It was not given. I asked for a washcloth after my second day there and he said, “aren’t they in your room?” I explained we had been there 2 days and only had one wash cloth and would like another for the next morning. He just stared at me until I left. The first night another man was working the desk and my father walked down to the office to get batteries or another tv controller due to it not working and he said there was nothing he could do about it. The next morning at breakfast we spoke to the lovely, kind lady at the desk about this and she opened the drawer right in front of her that was full of batteries and controllers and handed us fresh batteries.

Bad hotel even worse booking service

I thought it was a good price.

He couldn't find my reservation for 3 Dec that I booked 17 Oct. Then we got to the room it smelt like weed. The bathroom floor was covered in urine and the toilet. Tried to shut the bathroom door there was only one functioning hinge on the door so the door WOULD NOT SHUT!! Now Im being told ill be charged a no show fee. We were there and we left!!

Cozy stay

The hometown treatment from the staff made this a pleasurable stay. The housekeeping staff showed concern to ensure my stay was a thumbs-up. Literally because their language was not English. The beds were comfortable and I loved the breakfast. There was not a large spread however there were several selections waffles were one of the items. I love waffles! The location is perfect as it is conveniently located 7 minutes or less near several restaurants such as Applebee's, Ruby Tuesdays, Hooters, and Sonics just to name a few. The conditions were not five-star but for the price they were comfortable.

There was mold on all of the lampshades. The wires for the lamps were loose and sparking whenever they were touched. The door locks were very loose. Water came in from the bottom of the door while it rained. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned. There was gunk on multiple surfaces. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Shower had stains. They said they offered breakfast but we went one morning and all they had were muffins, cereal and waffles. Not a good variety of things.

The room was unsanitary and unsafe. The bathroom was dirty with things on the toilet seat. The fire alarm wires were out and hanging. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t stay. I asked for a refund and they agreed to do it but they didn’t. Bookings.com rep said she would speak to them and she hung up on me and nothing was resolved. They sent me a $17 credit.

The location off 95! Super close and easy!

The first room we were given.. the lights didn’t work. The second room.. was horrible! Smelled like stale cigarettes, very dirty, moldy! Blood on the wall and shower curtain. Towels looked dirty and gross. I was afraid to lay my head down and felt very uneasy all night! Definitely did not rest well! Not many options for breakfast, ended up not even eating there.

Aweful

The beds were softer than I thought but seriously that was the only part of our stay that was worth it.

First was my booking was lost Second, the first room (129) looked like mold around the tub drain. Pulled sheet back on one of the beds and it looked as if someone peed in it. The other bed was covered in hair or fur. Was moved to another room This room was a bit cleaner but did have an oder and mounds of dust. We couldn't keep the room cool enough at night. Sat at 66 cool with the fan on and it was still hot in there. Went to leave this morning and there was a drunk person asleep on the stairs in front of the entrance of the hotel. We called and the lady told us she wouldn't wake up and cops were called. We waited then took another set of stairs but before we did the employee kicked the ladies foot and told her to leave and the drunk did. It was an experience that has made me realize I will never stay at another econo lodge ever. Plus house keeping would clean 1 bed but not the other. We had to ask for towels twice.

If you're on a budget... PERFECT

The front staff was really nice. At check in. I asked for late check out they gave me an extra 30 minutes even though late check out is 2 hours. Then they kept calling my room and knocking on my door

There were ants in the room crawling all over the wall in the vanity area. Mold in the shower. The refrigerator was dirty and the floor was dusty. I really doubt they cleaned that room.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, Belgian waffles.

Property is old, and some things are just beyond being able to clean. Shower/tub was so caked with soap scum, and water deposits that it looked dirty. Floors were nasty. You walk around barefoot, the bottom of feet turn black. No pool to cool off in 90+ degree weather. Needs some upgrades.

There was a party in the rooms around and next to us we left our room after check in didn’t get back till around 5 am and was told I couldn’t renew my room because of some other guests my trip to savannah was cut short.
