About this apartment rental
Pure relaxation: Our spacious and bright vacation rental near Cottbus offers plenty of room for up to 6–8 people in a converted attic in a quiet neighborhood.
- 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can be configured as either single or double beds
- 1 living and dining area with a large kitchen
- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet
- 1 sofa bed in the living area that sleeps 2
The vacation rental is located directly on the Spree Bike Path. It is 2 km to the Spremberg Dam, and Cottbus and Spremberg are 11 km away.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located in the attic of a historic stable building. The stable building is part of a three-sided farmstead built in the early 1900s. In 2022, the building underwent extensive renovation using high-quality, sustainable, and eco-friendly materials.
All rooms have hardwood floors; the entryway, restrooms/showers, and kitchen are tiled.
The apartment is heated by underfloor heating.
The basement houses the operational facilities for our beekeeping operation.
Guest Access
Guests have their own private entrance to the vacation rental and enjoy complete privacy there. All areas within the vacation apartment are available to our guests.
There is a seating area in the courtyard.
We, as your hosts, use the main house for our own private use; our beekeeping operation is located in the courtyard itself and the other buildings.
