Come and enjoy this large house totally adapted to children (games, provision of a large park, safety gates for stairs, deckchair, changing table...) and its 8500m2 plot at the exit of the village of Viols-le-Fort.

In the center of the village, 5min walk you will find: a grocery store/bakery/tobacconist, a very good butcher's shop, a greengrocer, a bar, two restaurants, a bookshop, a health centre, etc.
The house is located 15 minutes from St Guilhem-le-Désert, 30 minutes from Montpellier, so you can enjoy the pleasures of the countryside without being far from a big city.

Our house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as in 4 bedrooms out of the 5, which allows you to spend a good night's sleep in the cool.

All the necessary equipment for children is available on site: travel cot, changing table, high chair, deckchair, baby carrier, games and toys (lego, kapla, dinette, train circuits, marble run, cars, books, costumes etc.).

On the kitchen side, all the necessary equipment is present: coffee bean machine, large freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave. We leave our food processor at your disposal.

You can also enjoy good meals on our large wooden terrace, with barbecue built into the wall.
Then you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the deckchairs, the armchairs in the garden furniture, or the hammock.
Children's toys are also available outside (small slide, small backhoe, small wheelbarrow, etc.).
You can also cool off in our large above-ground swimming pool (9x5m).
