In addition to the strong and friendly presence in the neighborhood of the Detroit Police Department, we also have 24 hour security that patrols the streets making your walks to and from the stadiums and throughout Downtown and Midtown one of the safest in the country.

We had a great stay with our family and dogs. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants and venues. The studio was clean and cozy, and the building felt secure. Parking was easy and close. The only negative was slow WiFi for work.

Wonderful location and the room is just as advertised. We walked to several restaurants and bars and to Little Caesars arena to watch the Red Wings. Will definitely seek to stay here again if we come into town for a sporting event.

Nice, clean apartment that was exactly as listed. Nice neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Washcloths would’ve been nice to have in the shower. Also, the sheets for the “sofa sleeper” which unfolds to become a 4” pad that lays on the floor—we’re not all the way dry, the sheets were laundered nicely and folded in the closet, but they were damp. On a super cold Detroit winter night, the dampness made them even colder. The host was good to replace them very quickly, though.
