The Southwest Place II is perfectly located halfway between Branson and Springfield in a quiet family neighborhood.
The Southwest Place is a duplex. Each unit is a 1000 square-foot apartment with a one car garage.
Guests have access to the whole apartment as well as the front and backyard on their side.
Guests can check themselves in with their unique door code . I am always available for questions via phone or text.
The neighborhood is a quiet and friendly, family neighborhood.
Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 7am.
Smoking in the house will result in a $150 fee.

The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed. In a quiet neighborhood, with great grocery store nearby (Apple), and easy access to special sites that we enjoyed including Butterfly Palace in Branson and the Aquarium in Springfield. The place is spotless and the host readily available and gracious. We visit nearby family, have stayed here twice and plan to return (I'd even adjust my travel dates for this VRBO.)

This was one of the best stays, at a VRBO! Every cabinet we opened felt like our own home. Everything was stalked and available from any items in the kitchen to the bathrooms the pantry the utility room and the bedrooms. There were extra things that you don't normally get, extra towels extra soap extra supplies. All the lights worked everything was marked The cabinets were marked, even the light switches were marked. It was so convenient! Well we were at our event, I got a text from the owner letting us know that the internet in the area had gone out and what time it might be back on. That is service! Hopefully we will get a chance to stay there again!
