About this house rental
Quiet comfort awaits you in this cozy home-away-from-home set in a beautiful country-like neighborhood in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Make yourself at home and use the fully stocked kitchen or the gas grill while enjoying the great scenery on the back patio. We have fast Wi-Fi internet and a desk if you need to get some work done. Log in to the smart TV and binge watch all your favorite shows before retiring to the very comfortable beds. I am always available if you need anything.
The Southwest Place is a duplex. Please only park on the left side in front of the garage. The other side is a Airbnb also so there will be guests utilizing that side as well. There is a one car garage that is available if you need to park your car or motorcycle. If you need more outside parking just let me know and we can work something out. All the furniture is new or nearly new. The first thing you'll notice in the living room is the new 50" smart TV and open floor plan. As you walk into the bedrooms you will see solid oak dressers a chair in the corner and extra pillows and a blanket in the closet. There is one queen size bed in each bedroom and a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. There are dispensers in the showers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All the soaps are natural and hypoallergenic an are custom made by The Springfield Soap Refill Station. There are fresh bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your use in each bathroom and extras in the hall closet.
You can access the whole apartment, patio and south side of the yard. Since its a duplex, please only utilize your side of the yard in front and back. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles. Please be respectful of the guests next doors space.

The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Therefore it is not appropriate for loud parties or events. Feel free to walk or drive around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ozark is perfectly situated between Springfield and Branson making it a great location to explore either or both places.
Being in a rural environment there is no public transportation near by.

This was a great little place for us. Very homey, peaceful neighborhood and we thought the house was really cute and somewhat quaint. Definitely would stay here again!
