It is our pleasure to provide you with our condo-penthouse located in Tulum Mexico in the La Veleta neighborhood, the most fashionable and lively neighborhood of Tulum.
Recently built, 2024, our condo is on a small complex of 2 buildings with a total of 18 units. The site has 2 swimming pools, one in the common area and the second on the first floor of the first building. The common area has a relaxation area, yoga, terrace with table as well as a workout room.
Our condo is perfectly located for a successful stay. If you land at TULUM airport, you will avoid all the traffic of downtown TULUM since we are in the south of the city.
We are 25-30mins from TULUM TQO airport, 10mins from the beach by car, 10mins by car from the most beautiful cenotes in the area, 10mins from the TULUM Archaeological Park, 50mins from the ruins of COBA, 10-15mins from the most beautiful lagoon in the area. 30-45mins from Playa del Carmen
The vibrant 7th avenue of the La Veleta neighborhood is 1 street away from us and so you can, once there, do everything on foot. On this street you will find everything you need: bar, wine bar restaurant, French bakery, café, grocery store, fruit and vegetable merchants, convenience stores, organic grocery store.
We are 1 block away from the best tacos in TULUM, namely: PEPE'S TACOS
You will also find on the 2 neighboring streets café, restaurant, taco kiosk and the pizzeria BOCCANERA, to name a few.
Our condo is in the 2nd building, at the back of the complex, looking at the common area. For greater tranquility, we have opted for the upstairs unit, so we occupy the top 2 floors.
What you are renting is the upstairs unit with a private roof terrace, all connected by an internal spiral staircase.
We have installed the STARLINK system for those who wish to work remotely. In the bedroom there is a 4K 42'' GOOGLE TV connected to the WIFI network to offer a screen for those who wish to work there
The upper floor includes: 1 closed bedroom with full bathroom, open air space for: kitchen, living room, dining room as well as a very large balcony with outdoor kitchen counter, table and chairs, 1 spa and a toilet.PGJyPgPGJyPg
PGJyPgPGJyPgThe bedroom is independent with bathroom and shower. large wardrobe, air conditioning, 42'' smart TV
-kitchenette complete with: refrigerator c/a freezer, induction hob, small oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, mixer and a mobile countertop island. To generate more space, the latter can be moved behind the front door. There is also 1 air conditioning.
-The living and dining room has 1 sofa bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 people, dining table, bar style for 2.
-the outdoor balcony includes 1 kitchen counter with sink, 1 bar-style table with 2 chairs, 1 spa and a toilet.
-The roof terrace has, for the moment, 2 chairs and a side table.
