This building, set on a large, wooded and flower-filled property, is a former outbuilding of the owners' house. This gîte is located in the northwest of the Allier department, between the Tronçais forest and the banks of the Allier River. You will discover the rich local heritage, a testament to rural life with its barns and Bourbonnais farmhouses, not to mention the rich tourist and cultural heritage with its historic buildings and street art museum. Peace and quiet are guaranteed for a holiday combining outdoor recreation and exploration.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance leading up two small steps to the living room and kitchen.

Take the wooden staircase and discover the mezzanine, which comprises a sleeping area and a bathroom accessible through an antique door set under the beams (130 cm high).

The cottage's best feature: bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided, and the bed is made upon arrival. Cleaning is included. Bicycles are available: 2 mountain bikes with helmets. A portable air conditioner is available upon request, in addition to the fan upstairs.
Spa guests can benefit from a 3-week stay at the special rate of €825.

Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of their stay.
