A property with great potential overlooking L’Etang de Tronçais. Comfortable and well equipped.
The entrance through a narrow gateway into an area with broken plastic chair did not impress. A stairway of 9 steps was not expected. The kitchen and bathroom area needed deep cleaning. Some shutters could not be opened they were so dilapidated.
