This newly renovated 2 bedroom brick home was built in 1950 with all of the charm and comforts of home. It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. Great communication. Very large, comfortable apartment. Pictures are accurate. Be advised minimal silverware/bowls. Updated kitchen/bathroom. Clean and immaculate- the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. Quiet neighborhood. Was stopover traveling to Florida. Highly recommend.

This property was beautiful and clean! There were many nice touches such as dog poop bags/waste bin in the backyard, a stocked coffee bar, and the lights were on for us when we arrived.

Very clean and spacious apartment, and nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out. I highly recommend staying at this spot if in Richmond.
