About this apartment rental

This newly renovated 2 bedroom brick home was built in 1950 with all of the charm and comforts of home. It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. We look forward to having you as a guest.

We enjoying the clean simplistic property! Loved the decor, especially the piano. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Definitely will recommend this property to friends!

So nice I did not want to leave! Beautifully decorated and an amazing layout. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Richmond! We felt right at home.

Place was beautiful. We did have an issue with the plumbing. The shower water would backflow when upstairs neighbor showered.
