About this house rental
Older home with lots of character, walking distance to downtown Richmond. Very convenient location, close to anything you want. Located about 2 miles off of I-75. The house has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. There is a queen size bed in both of the bedrooms, and a futon in the living room. If you like the outdoors, we have a side porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the yard with a fish pond. The driveway goes behind the house for parking and is quite narrow, which can be a challenge for large vehicles. There is plenty of room in the driveway out front for parking if you are unable to pass through, which is also safe. The driveway side of the backyard is open, so the yard is not fully fenced.

If you are into cozy cute older homes…this is for you!! We loved the cute quaint little house with wood flooring and charm to the max conveniently located right in town but with privacy. Everything we needed was provided from towels to food. It’s so nice to open a fridge to water bottles orange juice and more!! I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!! Wonderful place to stay, I wish I could give it 10 stars!! Easy to access the property and room for every one young or old! Can’t wait to stay again!

We loved how roomy it was. And added food and water was a godsend. What a blessing to find such a peaceful place to stay

We really enjoyed sitting on the porch. We appreciated the many extras available in the kitchen. The owners seem to be laid back which made for a relaxing stay.
