-Clubhouse, pickleball/tennis, golf, community pool and spa permitted for guest use
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

My wife and I rented this home for two months this winter and were very happy with the unit and its location. Palm Valley Country Club provides a beautiful backdrop and the community pools were great. The home, with its two spacious bedrooms and sizeable working den, was perfect for us. Dustin, as our host, was very professional and responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

Well kept and equipped with south facing outside view over the 18th hole championship course yet within easy walking distance of clubhouse. Dustin was a good host. Sole gripe is that outside terrace space is restricted by a large square table.
